The morning of timeline.. SO CONFUSED!!!

Me and my girls need to be ready by 12...I just got an email from my hair and makeup lady that her assistant is going to come at 6:00AM for the girls (there are only 4 getting their hair and makeup done) and she was going to show up at 10:00-10:30 to start my services

Does that sound ok? Will I be rushed if she starts at 10:30? Isn't 6am a bit too early for the girls?

This doesnt make sense to me.

ETA: my limo is picking us up at 1:30pm. Photog is showing up at 12

I think 6 am is fine. Even if there's extra time... it's better because then you won't be rushed and you can get ready calmly and slowly. You don't want to be a rushing bride!!

Depends. Do you want them all ready for your photog to take your getting ready pics? Or do you want them to be still getting ready?

I dunno im sooo confused I just dont want to feel rushed and at my hair and makeup trial when we did ONE trial for each it took like 2 hours! I dunno. I need to figure it out I guess. But if they get ready early im scared they will look all messy by 2:30 (the church)

But if you figure she takes an hour per girl that would be 9:30 so even with breaks if she finished by 10:00 that seems kind of early. I would say if you don't care about them still finishing while she is doing yours you could DEF push it back a little. . at least an hour or so. .

No idea.. I am asking them to come later.. like maybe 7.. and for them to come do me no later than 10. Well see how that goes.

My photographer is showing up at 1:30pm to take some pics and my limo comes for pick up around 3ish for my 3:30 ceremony. Not all my girls are getting make-up done; me and 4 other people are. hair appointments range from 9am to around 11 am and my make-up girl will be at my house around 9:30ish to start make-up.

I feel like I just rambled on and on and on.....i hope I didn't confuse you with my rambling time line.....uggg only 10 days

I knew i was rambling .....That's a good idea 6 am seems sooo early for your girls! They'd have to be up ridiculously early. and a little earlier for you should be perfect so you're not stressed out

to me it sounds a bit early..but what do i know..they have done this b4 and im sure she knows the timeline better

f it makes u feel any better..my friend was in a wedding last yr and they had to be there at 6 also

It actually sounds right to me. My hair/MU people are saying 1 hour per person. So if you have 4 girls they will be done at 10. You should leave yourself plenty of time so you are not rushed. you need at least 1-1 1/2 hours for hair and MU plus getting into your dress etc.

I have to say, I agree with this...they're probably figuring an hour per girl, at four girls...that's 6:00-10:00, then you kick in at 10:00 and prolly get an hour for each service, so done by 12:00. It's tight...if it were me, and let's face it, it's going to be I'd ask if I could be started by 9:30 just for peace of mind. Really, it s/ucks for the first 2 girls...especially the first one! Is it possible to have two assistants come, then they can start at 8 instead of 6?

My church was at 2:30 and we started getting ready at 8am. By the time I got home it was 12:00 and all he ll brok loose at that point lol. I was totally rushed getting dressed and for pics....it was weird... I had from 12 to 2:15pm to get dressed I dont know why it went so quick lol!
Maybe have her come for you by 9:30 the latest...
