I still get creeped out when I see the movie or the E True Hollywood story because the little girl and I could have been twins! I got stopped daily for autographs when the movie first came out.

O'Rourke was buried in Westwood Memorial Park in Los Angeles, a short distance from Dunne.

When I stayed in Westwood a few years ago I saw her grave. She's buried in the same tiny little cemetary as Marilyn Monroe and Natalie Wood.

My younger sister looked exactly like Heather O'Rourke when she was younger - people used to stop us all the time to see if it was her, it was so wierd!!! My mom said it used to creep her out, even more so once Heather O'Rourke passed away. One time I really remember was when we were at the mall and soem woman came up to us once and said to my mother 'Your daughter looks just like that dead girl from Poltergeist!'
