aww cats are the best. I love dogs (I grew up in a zoo - cat, dog, ferrets, fish, guinea pig), but I knew we couldn't have one in our apartment, plus we are gone from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. So we got a kitten and now FH is becoming a cat person. If you can have one do it!

As soon as we can get into a house and out of this apartment, we're getting one....FH's cat had to stay at his parents' house in Westchester so anything even a little cat-related makes him sad :( I never had any pets so I feel bad, can't imagine how it must feel.
