Why are you having a bad day??

One of my part time jobs I worked at has this new dumb rule that when it rains we cant go in. So my supervisor called and told me not to come in tonight..which means I lose 6 hours of work!! And that leaves me with nothing to do tonight

Re: The New BOTW is...

Think of this as a good thing! You can stay home and relax and not have to go out in this horrible weather! I wish my job would call me and tell me to stay home tonight!

Re: The New BOTW is...

Thats true- I'm trying to look on the bright side. It just makes me mad because if I had known they would have cancelled my hours I would have called up the automated system to see if I could get a subbing job today (my second job is substitute teaching for BOCES on a per diem basis).

But, now I think I'll go food shopping, go to the gym, and finish up my papers for school. So you're right I do haev to look on the bright side!
