The Next Day Brunch

Hi ladies!

For any of you who are doing a brunch the day after the wedding, are you sending your OOT guests some kind of invitation or notice ahead of time about it?

I was originally only going to include something in the OOT bags, but I am wondering if I should send something ahead of time so they can plan accordingly. (e.g. making travel arrangements home, getting a babysitter for an extended time.)

We mentioned the brunch on the accommodations card on the invitation. Then we included more information on the welcome note on the OOT bags.

we were going to do word of mouth but since we are inviting everyone that got a hotel room we decided just to put an inster in the oot bag

Local diner, no idea p/p.. I need to go visit them and see if they will make us a special p/p menu

Same...

The hotel has a meeting room that we can use for cheap so my mom is either catering it or seeing if the hotel can provide the breakfast since they have breakfast there anyway.

We are hosting our brunch at the hotel... I think the standard brunch was like $20/pp but we are adding an omelette station, so I think it is going to come to about $30/pp.

we are doing a brunch at the hotel with an omlette station it is $23 pp....but when you add tax and gratuity it ends up coming to $34 pp

we're not doing a brunch but our hotel offers free breakfast in the morning so im just making sure the guests are made aware of it by putting it in their OOT bag
