This is why I'm wearing my hair half up and half down and growing it out. No one will see anything!!! Seriously, how do I tone up more? Heavier weights, more reps?

I love this thread!!! When I tried my dress on for the 1st fitting, I asked the alterations lady if there was any way to get rid of it and she said, and I quote: No, don't worry...everyone has it'. Thanks lady!!!

Just wanted to say I'm part of the armpit fat club, I've had it forever! I will say I noticed the other day it's worse on my left than right, so maybe muscle DOES help? My right arm has much more muscle than the right (which I hope isn't too noticable) LOL
