no matter how much freakin weight i loose i just cant seem to tone this part up!!!!!

Don't feel bad! I couldn't get rid of mine either! I just kept fixing my veil so it covered my armpits and back!

can this post also include belly fat? and thighs fat/love handles? I have lost over 25 lbs for the past yr and a half and those parts are still fatty fat
and Roz why would anyone care about ur arms when they will be falling over ur gorgeous dress, veil, CPs and all the rest of the stuff?

I had this and the boob pop out. I just lived with it, and STILL looked awesome... so there! And so will everyone else!

hmmm are you using lightweight dumbbells (approx. 3 lbs)?? low weight/high repetition will tone, whereas heavy weight/low repetition builds muscle without toning. and lots and lots of pushups with your arms spread farther than the width of your body. this works out the chest and armpit area more than the arms. and try some back exercises too involving the lightweight dumbbells.
