Seems like we have some connections here

In the 3 years I've been on this site there has been NO ONE who went to my H.S. and very few people from Brooklyn in general - I should know, I've read every single 'where did you go to school' thread there was! Now there are 3 (including me).

you can make that 4!!!
Well I went to Dewey for my freshman and I was enrolled there for my sophomore year. I was suppose to be class of 92. Dewey was a bad influence on me. I cut class so much that I really only went the first cycle then cut the other 3. I was absent 27 weeks straight. but not from homeroom just class. we used to hang out in the pizza place across the street or Burger king or on the Lawn.
I graduated from south shore

I lived on the steps, in the locker bays, on the statue, sometimes at the pizza place- basically anywhere BUT class!! Dewey was rough on me too, once I saw how easy it was to cut class it was very hard to get me to go! I graduated by the skin of my teeth. My senior year I cut everything but homeroom all the time. ::sigh:: I'm so responsible now, my highschool friends wouldn't even recognize me.

had to go to homeroom or you would get the 'CALL' otherwise i would get the mail and rip up the cutting cards.
we would hang out in the lockerbay when it was raining or cold. it was on the 3rd floor but dont remember what letter.
also we hung out on the ledge in front and smoke our brains out!

OMG you're killing me!!! I always say the one thing I learned in HS was how to light a cigarette in the wind!!!!

I moved my locker a few times...it was 2D at first, then 1B (I think) and then sophmore year I moved to 1A and that's where I stayed until I graduated. I kept watch while my friends went to class, lol.

My beyatch of a neighbor used to tell my mom when the cutting cards came in the mail, since I got home first and my mother never actually saw a cutting card with her own eyes. If she did she'd have killed me - they always said 'too many.'

OMG this is too funny. that school was diff my down fall as a teen.
the school has changed so much now. they lock the front gates and everything. i hear it is like a jail. they gave us too much freedom that unless you were a serious student you were bound to mess up somewhere.
I was a total butterfly there. so social. then when the sh!t hit the fan and my mom found out all of my doings i was transfered to south shore and refered to talk to anyone cause i didn't want any frined that i would cut with.

As far as I know, no website. As for the rate, I'm not sure because it was a gift.
I do know that he (Robert) works out of his basement (just in case that makes you uncomfortable). His wife & son live there too (he introduced us).
I loved our DVD and so has everyone else who watched it (not that they would really say if it sucked).
Sorry my info is lacking.

Re: The OFFICIAL Brooklyn Residents Thread

Hello Ladies,

Brooklyn still has a good selection of facilities. One being the Grand Prospect Hall located in Park Slope. I attended an event there in June and I am considering having my wedding there as well. I must say, the place looked stunning and the food was delicious! Regarding the parking situation- there was valet parking within their on-site parking lot. I had a wonderful time that evening!
