I just called to set up mine. We are going October 7th. They said they do it 1 month before. I was told to bring my vendor list and binder with me.

Ask for Anna and she will set you up!

Heyyyy all you JT brides!! Anyone have info on their hotel room blocks??? So far I have called LaQuinta and Hilton Garden Inn... Any other's I should call, any info on the 2 I already spoke to??

Anyone have past experience they would like to share also would be apprecited.

Shauna- I did my room blocks with La Quinta. They are amazing- we're getting a free shuttle, complimentary b-fast...they are giving us our own room for an afterparty (with a roll in bar and bartender). They really work with you- def. go look at them!! Our BM Mike reccomended HIlton garden inn..and I def. trust him so I would look there still as well (I think they also offer a shuttle)

I used Hilton Garden Inn. You may read some negative reviews on here about their sales manager, Nadine but she is no longer there. Although I didn't personally have problems with this woman, other brides did. But the woman to speak with now is Donna. I had a question and she got right back to me. I ended up speaking to her for about 30 minutes (not kidding!) on the phone and thought she was really great. They do provide a shuttle to and from JT - up to 2 people per room and if there are more, its like pennies to pay for the extra people.

Right away!

Also, I think the minimums vary because I had to guarantee 200 for the Dome room on a Sat night but I have read that other brides who got married at different times like the afternoon didn't have to guarantee as many people. Check into it before counting it out!

Thanks Collen I think I am going to go with LaQuinta too! they offered me a better rate and more stuff than the Hilton. My reception doesn't end until 1:30am and the bar there closes at 2 so that's a no go but people can bring there own stuff in if they want to after party. They will be at JT from about 7:30-1:30 so I can't imagine anyone will still be up or a drink fest anymore. LOL.... Tylene there was sooo nice!!

Is your BM Mike Closs? if so, he is mine too annnd I <3 him!!!

Wow Nadine isnt there anymore?? She's the REASON why I ended up switching hotels and went with La Quinta Inn....She was difficult to get in touch with... the front desk kept my friend on hold for 15 minutes when she tried to book (so she just hung up)... the list just went ON AND ON!! yea JT also recommended Hilton Garden, but after how I was treated there and their poor customer service skills, I switched and I am very happy with how I have been treated by Tyleen at La Quinta. Both Hilton and La Quinta provide free shuttles to and from JT.

I think if you're a JT bride you get the free shuttle regardless of how many rooms are booked.

I think if you're a JT bride you get the free shuttle regardless of how many rooms are booked.

The Penthouse Room is beautiful!!!!! everything is brand new in there.... 4 flat screens tv's that come out the wall ..... and the walls light up to whatever color you want. I am having my reception in the penthouse room.

Yeah i am not using their cake i am Using Cake Diva from the WE channel..... Most RH usually offer plain cakes.... I wanted to go all out with my cake.
