I just paid for my invites last night! I won't have them until mid-August. Then get them addressed and out the door by Sept 1.
I had a hair trial the other night and didn't like it. I'm going for a second with the same person b/c she wants to try a few more things but also seeking out a backup. I have to get moving on jewerly, shoes, and a hair brooch. I have to find a place to do my favors (caramel apples)....and lots more.

Oh and lastresort: I also have to finish my registry...and my mom is sending out my shower invites next week. My shower is August 26th.

O have the invites now just have to address them lol and sent them out. My mom is pushing for it to be mailed by Aug. 1st our RSVP date is one month b4 (Oct. 11th) so what do u think??
Ohhhh and I have yet to get major vendors like florist and officiant the little stuff will come together lol thank goodness I have 2 weeks vac in august that will help me get much done !!

I can't believe we are at the 4 month mark! Where did the time go??? We just booked our HM. We are going to Rome for a few days, a 9 day cruise on Royal Caribbean, and spending 2 days in Barcelona where the ship lets out. We still have a TON to do for the wedding. I haven't gotten invites yet but I have a sample coming soon that I will probably get. I still have to get a dress for my sister who is my MOH ( we are only having a MOH and BM). She is 13 and was going through a crazy growth spurt so we put it off for a while. My mom still needs to get a dress. I still need to get a florist and book a limo. My mom and I are making my centerpieces so that needs to get done. I'm still waiting on my dress coming in and have to get a headpiece and veil. We just set my shower for 9/22. I'm going to try and have my invites out in the 3rd or 4th week of August. Yikes...now I feel overwhelmed. I know there are other things too like the ceremony and selecting music.

* Made appointment with florist for 2nd consultation before making the sample CP -- I've changed my mind a whole bunch of times, its time to narrow it down and make decisions!

* Finished registering - total of 3 stores + Mikasa online outlet

* Passport - applied for it gets here soon!

I still have so much to do.. and busy moving to a new apartment...
but I ordered my bm dress thanks for preshusSmurf help me with the photoshop colors combination.
and diva7531 is helping me for my monogram

but the to-do list is still very long:

1) still waiting for invites
2) need to work on cardbox (my next project)
3) regristry
4) FG dress
5) many many more...

Hello fellow November brides !!!!
Completed:
RH (only 3 little payments left)!!!! We made payments every month so it would not be so overwhelming. photo/video, e-pics, limos, DJ, florist, invites, registered, makeup, shoes, tuxes, honeymoon booked, donation scrolls, Mom found her dress (Yippee), booked my shower, mailed invites, and assembled shower favors, BP gifts & special card, DIY RD invites, my wedding band purchased, booked hotel day before & night of, started pre-cana.
To Do:
*Purchase FH wedding band, clean my e-ring
*Search for FG dress
*Secure a copy of my baptism certificate
*Type entire guest list so invites can be sent to calligrapher.
*Still butting heads over song selection LOL
*The search continues for DOJ
*Once e-pics come in I'll be making our photocube
*Need to block hotel rooms
*Working on my tan & relaxation hrs
* Biggest P.I.A is getting all my stuff to fit into FH apartment. Officially moving out mid October

I'm relieved to see that we're all sort of at different points in our planning because I have a gut feeling that it means our weddings are ALL going to be amazing and well-organized no matter what!! (Am I just trying to make excuses for not having done certain things yet? )

I still need to: order invitations (know what I want, just need to place the order), book the honeymoon (again, know where we want to go, now working with agents), order yarmulkes and ketubah, and pick out a cake and menu at the RH.

We are meeting with our rabbi in a few weeks, taking e-pics, going to our tasting, meeting with the florist, etc. We are only in NY every so often so it's always INSANE when we do.

Oh yeah, I also need to resolve my shoe dilemma so I can make fitting appointments.
