The prayers I need..

Thanks to everyone..It looks like FH and I might have to push back our wedding for financial reasons..with 22 days to go..I'm at work and I feel so depressed.

aww im sorry.

ordinarily I would never recommend this, but can you take a loan out of your 401K? I had to do it years ago and there's no penalty. you just pay it back. yes, its not the best move..but it will save you lots of money and pain w changing your wedding 22 days before.

Awwwwww~I'm so sorry. Is it possible to borrow $ from someone? Or like allornil said- a 401k loan? I had to do that for my wedding and it helped a ton.

yeah I actually borrowed and I am still short..,its crazy I dont even have anything to sell !!! Why do things go wrong at the last minute especially when I am so organized, its so upsetting and the worst feeling in the world..I should be happy I am getting married and now I feel like I dont deserve it at all.

that's so sad, i'm so so sorry to hear this!

can you cut anything back? perhaps by un-inviting some guests (which sucks), changing photographer / video / DJ packages to cheaper ones?

i hope you find a way around this and can still have your wedding in a few weeks

im soo sorry. have you talked to any of your vendors and asked if you cut back a little. i did that with my dj and it was no problem. i hope you guys can work it out.

another option (not sure if it's feasible or not) is to ask your vendors if you can set up a payment schedule with them and pay them off AFTER the wedding. It's a long shot, but it's worth a try...
