The Riviera

FH and I looked there, but I can't remember what we were quoted for our date. Sorry

That's the only time I've been there, but there was something different about it that I liked. I think it's definitely better for smaller weddings and it seemed a bit on the dark side, in terms of lighting. And now I can't remember the name of the BM we spoke to, but she was SO nice. I was almost disappointed that it just wasn't The One for us because she was so nice!

Pricing really depends on the time of year you are looking at but if your profile date is correct, I would say maybe between 90-95++. Prices usually go up year to year too.

You can actually give them a call over there and they will give you pricing over the phone.

Lori - Are you talking about Vicki? She is AMAZING!

Vickie is amazing!!! She was sooo nice to FH and I when we went there. We really liked the Riviera, however it was a little to small for what we needed.

The Riviera

GO THERE TONIGHT!!!

They're having an expo of preferred vendors from 7-9PM tonight. I'm sure you'll be able to ask some questions of the BMs while you're there, and you might be able to get a jump on other vendors, plus see what it looks like all set up.

FH and I are going--hope to see you there.

Let me know if you need any more info, I'll FM you later if you still need pp prices etc.

The Riviera

I was looking in May 2014, and they quoted me between $65-$79 per person depending on the day of week and of course Memorial Day weekend was a little bit more.

Re: The Riviera

love love looooove the Riviera! It was my 2nd choice of venue. I got a lower minimum at WM and it fit my style a little better otherwise I probably would have booked The Riviera. The people were very helpful, go take a tour and see the outside by the water, it was great! The price was very good too.

The Riviera

I went to a wedding there a few years ago and I remember the food being really great! The only thing I didn't like was the shape of the room. It was hard for all of the guests to see the first dances on the dance floor. There were poles in the way for some and for others it was just out of view. Other than that, we had a blast! HTH!

Did you guys have CH insode or out? How many people do you think were there? We will probably be at 110 with a couple of rugrats....trying to see if there will be enough seating.

The Riviera

We are having our wedding at the Riviera and we have 200 people. Seating for 110 is definitely possible. The room can seat up to 240. I would recommend having some of your cocktail hour in doors and outdoors if possible. Fingers crossed that the weather is nice outside! Hope that helps you! We have had a positive experience there thus far, and like it because it's one wedding at a time and feels 'homey.'

That makes me feel better! Yea, I definitely would like it all outside if possible but The Riviera is saying it may be too cold so we'll see.

I love the feel of The Riviera too - so different!

Less than 1 month for me!

The Riviera

Just be careful there because a couple of years ago when my sister looked there it was low tide and she saw all garbage laying on the ground where the water would normally be
