The Riviera - Cake!

Riviera girls, When did you choose your cake? Were you able to meet directly with the bakery (I think I'm going with black forest) and do a proper tasting and select what you want your cake to look like?

Thanks!

I didn't have my wedding at the Riviera, but went to a wedding there and just wanted to tell you that the Food was OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!

Good Luck!

I haven't done mine yet but I believe that's what you do. I am planning on going with Black Forest as well.

I think you just call them up, say you would like to set up an appt. for a tasting for your wedding at the Riviera (they should know that Riviera includes the cake in their package but I guess just mention that as well).

I can't wait to do my tasting... they look like they have a ton of fillings to choose from

Hey! It's really simple. You can either go with Audrey's or Black Forest, and you just set up an appointment with them. The cake at Black Forest sold us, it was SO GOOD.

If your other choice is Aurdey's I would go their. I live around the corner from Black Forest and they are very good. I use them for my everyday baked goods but for my wedding I got a Grooms Cake from Audrey's and they blew me away. The cake was so good and moist.......By far better than my wedding cake and probably one of the best cakes I have ever had.
