The Riviera in Massapequa (Review)
I was a BM in a wedding on Sat--
The Riviera is really nice--the outside cocktail hour will be beautiful--because of rain this was outside(even though it wasnt raining)
as for service--a few things to watch for--teh maitre de was not the greatest--my experience came from The milleridge where Steve goes above and beyond so my expectations were high
My role at the reception--to make sure all details were taken care of-- well there were a few times when i had to point things out to the maitre d and she never followed up--
the mini viennese-- it ran out-- yeah to the point where the B&G didnt get what they wanted--asked for 2 things and NEVER got it--
overall the entire event was great--- would def recommend it--the food was good--not outstanding but not bad either--try as much as you can at the tasting( on my no list would be the baked clams and the chicken francese)
