Last night was a very boring episode
huh?
With Adrianna spilling all those beans about the family & her MOH?
With CARMINE's death being staged and he turned to the FBI??
Tony trying to deal with the new relationship he has with his cousin that wants to stay straight?
I thought it was great!!! I just love this show!

With all that stuff, the show was still very slow

Re: The Sopranos
I thought it moved a little quicker than the first episode.
The writing seems to be a bit more witty too.
How funny was Tony's cousin (forget his name) with that damn suit?! And someone came up to him and asked 'Where's Tubbs?' (as in Miami Vice)

I love this show....but I was a little confused at times last night,....
WHO is that older guy that was informing on Tony. I know I have seen him before.
And the gangster that died due to the stroke, is he the one that that NY mobster tried to pair up with Tony last season...to off? and then Tony reconsidered??

Re: The Sopranos
it has been boring...but they need to build it....they'll be a murder sooner or later, and I'm sure some explosions will happen at the Soprano home soon

Patience everyone, patience!!
Yup I agree .. it was a little slooow last night... but the reason the Sopranos is such a great show is due to the character development, and the way they build the storylines gradually ... (but that's just me, I'm a sucker for good acting and dialogue)
The writing is exceptional and you really have to listen to what they are saying and pay attention or you can miss all the subtleties .. then you'll get the payoff with some excitement!!! And they love to throw in all those little extras to see if you are paying attention , usually funny little quips.
Next week looks VERY good

FH missed that quip .. but really that was hysterical .. the guys been in jail 15 years, he still thinks the Miami Vice look is 'in'
I also laughed when the girls are having 'movie night' to watch Citizen Kane, and when the lights dim the 'FBI WARNING' at the beginning of the movie pops up. Dead silence, and the look on Adriana's face.
Classic

Ok I am a pretty avid watcher but I was out of the country last year during the last season but I rented them and thought I had gotten them all but I missed when Bobby and Janice got married when where did this happen?

Re: The Sopranos
In between seasons - they didn't show the wedding. The show ended in 2002 with the two of them dating and started in 2004 with the two of them married.

I didn't even realize that was Carmine talking to the FBI. Does his son know that his death was staged too? I missed what his son was arguing with Johnny Sack (or whatever his name is) about.

It had something to do with the saint on the rosary I think
