I put our full names Dana and Richard. But that is only becuase that we wanted it to be formal. Go with what you like.

I would say whatever people know you as. Or it depends if you are having a very formal wedding.

i think it is totally your preference.... my STDs are going to be more casual than my invites. i want the STDs to be fun and cute. i would put whatever name youre more comfortable with
