The stress is getting to me...hugs please (long)

Okay, as you saw, i flipped on my mom yesterday. she mostly deserved it, but i know i just am getting stressed. with only 6 wks or so to go, these are all the things i'm dealing with, and i feel like i'm gonna crack under the pressure:

*find apartment for FH and i to live in (this is ALMOST done, checking out the place today, hopefully we'll get it)

*put $$ down on said apartment, 1st month and 1 month security...at this point this is a big chunk of change out of the wedding fund

*go from 5 days a week to 6 days of week at my job, cause tax season is on the way and it means busy, busy, busy!

*Organize and move out of my parents house.

*Move into new apartment 1st week of Feb., and then try and get used to living with my FH for the first time, 3 weeks b4 our wedding

*Handle the billion and one things in the wedding planning process that you deal with in the last few wks before. like RSVP's, seating chart, fittings, favor wrapping, HM shopping, OOT guest coordinating, etc.

*Pay my regular bills as well as try and pay off the wedding itself...which seems even more difficult these days cause i want enough for the remaining vendors AND tips. Doesn't help that my parents are now giving me a hard time and don't want to pay for the 30 guests or so they asked for....where the fuk am i supposed to get that extra $$$???

*Oh yeah...and GET MARRIED!

i feel like i can't take much more of this....and the stress is only gonna pile on more as the day gets closer. i just want to sneak on a plane and fuking elope.

I've had my own stress the last day or so, but once I sat back and took a deep breath I realize that the most important thing in your list of to dos is that you will be marrying the love of your life.

Hang in there. I can totally understand why you're stressed out. Can your FH help you with anything to take some of the pressure off of you? Good luck with the apartment tonight!!

It's ok sweetie..it will all get done. We can all relate with what you are dealing with. Just take deep breaths and do what you can when you can do it. It wil be here and over before you know it!

first off, dont stress about the stuff thats gonna happen no matter what you do , ie: moving in 2gether & te wedding.. as for the bills, ive allready resorted to the fact that the last month b4 my wedding nuting is getting paid cept wedding stuff,,

Oh honey-- where was I when you first posted this?!!

I didn't even see the thing with your Mom- we'll chat later.

But let me just tell you-- all of those things- I can help you with!!! Moving? I'm an expert at it... So anything you need, you got it!!!

Also, well... I'll just talk to you about this when we chat on IM...

But, hang in there-- you CAN do it!!! And anything you need help with- I'm always here! Just remember- don't ditch me as a friend after your wedding and don't use me just to help you for hours and hours LOL LOL!!

Just think of this as a lot of stress right now but so many great things to look forward to!

Awwww Melissa its gonna be okay! Just take deep breaths...mix up a BIG jug of martini mix and just remember its almost your big day!


Of course once its closer to my day all these things I'm telling you will go right out the window and then it'll be your turn to smack some sense into me! hee hee!


But just remember all this stress before your big day is going to make the wedding THAT much more amazing and special....and although moving is hard at least you'll now be able to see your FH more now...its gonna be a tough adjustment but its SOOOOOOOO worth it...my FH and i got our own apartment last month and so far we've had some things to get used too but its been great otherwise!

Its nice to have a space for just the two of us..

And the bills will get paid and with everything else..
