What a horrible premise for a show! contestants get plastic surgery and then enter a beauty contest!!!

Another stupid ridiculous show...

Like The Littlest Groom...did that show even finish? ...or did they just pull it off the air?

They should do that show with no plastic surgery, just with makeup, hair changes and a new wardrobe and then have them compete.

Sick sick sick! I went on one of those extreme makeover shows and this is what I look like now! Don't ever do it!

Yes the littlest groom ended, he picked a little person.

The swan looks pretty stupid, but of course i will probably watch it

I saw the add for this on TV the other night. My Fh turned to me and said 'that's terrible' I said 'I know, but I'll probably watch it '
