I am so excited. I just booked the swan club for a sunday evening. If anyone had thier event in the camelot room I would love to see pics. I want to get an idea of different size center pieces, cakes, and chair covers, if you had them.

I just found my centerpieces for SC!!!!! we're doin a caribbean there and i wanted palm trees and omg... i can soooo do these!!!! They are classy and gorgeous!!! I can get the vases on ebay for 50 bucks for 24 even though i dont need that many and the feathers... i have to see how much they'll cost!

And my favors I'm gonna try to make beach towels... but my mom has this idea to do towel animals ... cute idea but i dunno how easy that would be... hey... if she wants to put energy into it then fine LOL

They are really pretty. I love the way high centerpieces look and that seems like a great deal. I need to look at high and low. I love roses and lilys. Are you doing chair covers? I don't know if I should or just leave the chairs alone.

I think its a great idea and different. I feel like so many w3eddings that I have been to give you the same types of gifts. Yours is something that people will keep and actually use. It goes great with your theme and time of year.

That is true. I wouldnt want the center pieces to over power everyting. The smaller ones are nice too and there is a lot that can be done with them. Thats why I wanted to see pictures with both. Do you know if the ceremony room comes with the toole if you paid for the flowers on the arch?

hey 09ers! 07 swannie here!!!!
We did not use chair covers since our wedding was in the summer i felt the chair covers were a bit on the wintery side so we left them as is and they looked just fine! Also we did low centerpieces since like someone mentioned, part of the ceilng is low but i have seen high centerpeices in that room too and it looks great too.
