Hello Girls, I have been looking into invites lately and have collected quite a list of sites, so thought I would share. Myabe I missed it, but I didn't see this one on your list. It is a Danish company that lists their prices in US$ and ships to the US. I got this site from one of the girls on Wedding Channel's NY Board. http://www.johannaswedding.dk/home.htm I thought they were kinda unique, but I haven't looked at invitations that much yet.

I thought I had them up there. Funny you should mention them, I did check them. They are they only site so far that I kind-of like. I am considering Starlite or the one with the three gold hearts, what do you think?

I LOVE STARLIGHT!!!! I'm getting married on the 4th of July, and REALLY want those, but my fiance doesn't think they look 'weddingish' (What does he know?) But he brought up that maybe the sparklers in the invitation would be a problem with the post office, which I can kinda see. But still. He's so boring sometimes..... And they may have been on your list, I just skimmed it quick.

I know, I can be a little strange sometimes, but I really love a lot of color, and kinda hate to do the same thing everyone else does. I'm learning with this whole wedding planning thing that I have to learn to adjust more to the social norms, so that everyone is happy.....

I know, I just feel that all of those invites that have a champagne glass or roses or cinderellas carriage are so ordinary and boring. I want something memorable and special. What else are you considering? By the way, what vendors are you using, and what hall do you have?

I'm a little early on the invitation thing. I'm not getting married until July 4, 2003. But I'm out of work right now, so I've been trying to do a lot of the research part and book as many vendors as I can now, so that I don't have to worry about it when I find a job. We are having the ceremony and reception at Sans Souci of Sea Cliff. The only other thing we booked is Tom Gordon as the entertainment. I'm starting to look into photographers now, and hope to start meeting with them next week. What about you?
