I know I had a topic the other day asking what is the pricing for the Vanderbilt at Dowling but what about the Vanderbilt Mansion in Centeport. If anyone has any price info for a November wedding in 2011 please fm me or reply to this post.

If u go to the lessings website they usually have their pricing right there for each property. www.lessings.com

I know Timberpoint is. I didn't like the layout though. What's nice about the Lessings website is that they list all of their ranges and site fees. I wanted the Vanderbilt Mansion (Dowling) but the site fee was crazy 4500? for the day. Get the F out of here!

The site fee for Dowling varies between $1500-$2500, depending on which day your wedding falls on. The Bourne's site fee is $4500. These fees are paid to the sites themselves, as Lessings does not own these properties.
I got married at Timberpoint, and couldn't have been happier with my choice. West Sayville Country Club and Smithtown Landing are other Lessings properties that do not have site fees that you might want to consider looking into. Thank you ladies for the info! I cannot afford to pay a site fee and i think that is crazy that i would have to. We will see.

i have pricing for three village inn, smithtown landing, timberpoint, vanderbilt and bourne if you're interested in other lessing prices.
Ive also seen quite a few other places...
i know you've been searching around, maybe i can help if you let me know your range..
