the Vistaprint saga continues......

you may recall that I had ordered my STD cards and only a partial shipment came through. I called Vistaprint on the 17th and they sent out another shipment with the remaining cards and envelopes, and added an additional 40 envelopes bc some were bent/damaged in the original shipment.

Ok, so last night I showed FH the cards and while I went through them, I noticed every other card was a different print color. It was very very strange. The fuschia in the writing was bright on one card, and dull on the next... to the point that my NON picky FH said he could not read it easily!

What theeeeffff? I counted the usable ones and only got 71 cards! Unbelievable!

So back to calling Vistaprint, and the Rep issued another shipment of 70 to replace the 70 that are going in the trash. Thank goodness I started early bc this is clearly taking way longer than it should.

Oh man! That's frustrating with all the issues you've had now. At least the CS is good and is givign you replacements, no questions asked.

Definitely good you started early!! Think I might consider using a different website for my STD! lol

everyone seems to have great experiences with them, so maybe it's just my luck?! I really hope this next shipment solves the issue bc I will keep calling and calling and calling until they know me by name.

It's a threat and promise!

It was really reasonable, which is the only thing that keeps me from freaking out on the Cust Serv Rep. Honestly, at this point, I am making money on them with three shipments, two that have FREE shipping and additional items due to their errors.
