Today I went to the Wedding Center in Commack. I found a dress that I liked and was thinking about ordering it through them. Has anyone had any experience with them?

Funny you ask. When I was searching for BM dresses everyone told me not to go to The Wedding Center. I did though bc they beat any price around. I ordered my BM dresses in December and they came in this week. I picked some of them up today and they were perfect! I haven't experienced alterations there yet but to this day they have been great for me. My mom also got her dress there with no problems!

They do have a good selection of dresses with better prices, however they lack in customer service. I wound up getting my dress, my mom's dress, and my bridesmaid dresses there and everything was perfect.

You definitely sacrifice service for the prices there.
I bought my dress and my BM dresses there. They get all worked up the second it gets busy and take it out on you almost.
But the women know what they're doing. I showed one picture of the dress I wanted, and she pulled 6 other ones along with that one, and I ended up buying the first one she gave me to try on.
It's a one-stop shop if you want it to be. But I don't think I'll end up getting anything else there.
I hear the alterations dept isn't bad. I only know one person that got a dress altered there and she said it came out fine. The BM dresses have a $60 alteration cap, but apparently there's no cap for wedding gowns. I don't need too much - just have it way taken in in the boobs :( and shortened.

the only vendor i used from that place was their DJ.. they were amazing!! they are actually a vendor on here
