The Wedding Center Of Commack Strikes Again!

Despite all of the negative postings and BBB complaints I decided to use TWC for our invitations. My Mom said 'We're only ordering invitations....they can't mess that up'. We laugh about that now. They messed up FOUR times!!!!! I won't go into every detail, but basically they ordered the wrong invitation (blamed us for not double checking THEIR numbers when the invitation was right in front of their nose!). Then after we picked a new one the printer messed up twice, and when they FINALLY came they had printed the wrong times (blamed us again for not triple checking...we were so busy checking numbers we overlooked the times that they HAD right the first time). Anyway, we wound up paying half for their mistake....not to mention countless wasted hours poring over new invitations and trips back and forth from Manhattan! Bob's attitude was really 'Too bad' and he had the nerve to try to get us to pay for the whole thing to be redone! I recommend anyone thinking of using them to think again. If you do it's buyer BEWARE!!!!

You should make a complaint to The Better Business Bureau. We checked all of our vendors out before we signed with them to make sure they had no complaints against them. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience but glad that it turned out okay in the end
