He says because I retired from one job at the wrong time when we really need the money. I was not thinking. He says our finances were bad then but now they are on life support. He is mad because we haven't had a cell phone in five weeks and I haven't attempted to pay it. He is also very made about the hole thing with the ring also. I do not know what to do.

well it sounds like money is a big problem right now. Maybe postponing is a good idea. Get this straightened out. Maybe go for some couples counseling. It helps.
