you are still together with your BF right? I mean this is just a wedding thing, not a relationship issue?

So sorry to hear that. Waiting might be the best idea. Money is stressful all the time, but you don't want it to ruin your relationship over it.

I'm so sorry to hear your news but money is a very common thing to fight about and one of the most common reasons for divorce. While it may hurt now, it may be better than after you were married. After trying to plan my own wedding I new see why so many couples break up after getting engaged.

Have you both considered a civil ceremony/eloping/destination wedding? Is it money in general or just wedding costs? Either way, tensions are probably running high. If you think he's worth it, try counseling.
