The Woodlands at the Greens!

Does anyone have any recent feedback regarding this venue? My sister just got engaged and we cannot find much info out there. IF you have pricing, minimums, pics, ANYTHING would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!!

The Woodlands at the Greens!

We went there in May this year to look for our fall 2014 wedding. I got pricing for Sept/Oct and it was anywhere from $90-105 a person for Fri/Sat/Sun nights and a 150 person minimum but I think we were still given 2013 pricing. The ballroom was VERY large (for 300 people) but the coctail room was incredibly small and felt that it would have been too snug for our 150, can't even begin to imagine how 300 people would fit in the cocktail room. I also didn't like that you had to drive through the community, all your guests would have to stop and check in at the front gate and community members had total access to the venue while your party is in full swing since their restaurant was on the lower level.

Personally I didn’t like the place or the way I was treated.(I was asked if I needed a job application.) I didn’t like how the CH over looked the community pool. And how the club house members can walk in at anytime. I know the head chef and was going to get a steep discount but there are better places out there. I think I was quoted for $95pp ++ but I felt that the food selection was a bit weak. I think you can get more for that cost. … Maybe check out the Woodland Mansion.
