The ZIT from H E L L!!!

Has anyone ever woke up plauged by this???? I just did and I want to CUT it off my face!!!! It's KILLING me!!!!

You can use toothpaste tonight on it to help dry it up. Is it one of those really painful red ones, not the standard ones? I hate those. You can also use hot compresses (wet hot rags, etc) to try and bring it to a head ... as gross as THAT is ...
