I ordered personalized cocktail napkins when theknot had that huge sale a few weeks ago.
Has anyone had experience with how long it usually takes them to ship? Our e-party is next weekend and I'm nervous I'm going to be stuck with 300 napkins with our names and date of e-party if I don't get them in time!

Any help would be appreciated!

i ordered personalized canvas bags and I remember the shipping was pretty long (def over a month) , I would try calling them and see where your order is.

Their shipping definitely takes a super long time. Definitely call them and see if there is anything they can do to speed it up!

You can check the status on their website...i ordered napkins 2 weeks ago and there are being delivered on weds.

I checked, they're still processing :( next step is to call and expidite this. Thank god I got a great deal on them

Ro, I actually called today and they said with the sale shipping is really behind! If you tell them your event is coming up they will rush the processing (the shipping can still be a week) but they will create them much sooner! Good luck!

Thanks Lauren & Mrs. M, I tried calling and I was on hold for over 45 minutes. I'm going to try again tomorrow on my lunch break--hopefully there won't be tons of brides inquiring about their napkins =P

I'm guessing because of the huge amount of orders they got, they are going to be a while to ship (mine are still processing too). Maybe try emailing them from the website tonight that way someone will be able to get back to you tomorrow morning?

I hope you get them!!

when i ordered my napkins it took about 2 weeks to get them.
