I feel like I want to do 3 per guest for cocktail hour. I mean I just think of how quickly you can go through napkins. Especially if you are giving it to the waiters to use for passed food as well. I also wanted to use them for the drinks in the reception. I might have to order a lot.

we are assuming we will have 200-225 people. i ordered 800 for the wedding. 400 beverage for the bartenders to use and 400 luncheon for the waiters to use for the passed hor dourves.
Then yesterday I had this wild idea to order another 200 for the morning of. 100 for my house for breakfast and 100 for fh's moms house for getting ready.
I think I'm obsessed with napkins. Michael would kill me if he had any idea about these napkins!!!

I think I ordered 600 napkins, we're inviting 350ish I believe.
ETA: I just ordered 200 more. Someone cancel my Paypal or something, please, hahha.

Mine came out gorgeous. Some of those people are ridiculous. Do you really care if napkin #399 had the writing a little bit off center? Some of them make me laugh, but I'm not super OCD enough to look through every single of my 600 napkins to make sure they're perfect. They're napkins!

I ordered 600 of them with a guest list of 250. Figured some would be by the stations at cocktail hour, some with the waiters for passed hor d'oeuvres and some at the bar.
Hope its enough :)

We ordered 300 for our e-party and my FMIL was using them as extra dinner napkins for like 2 months after

LOL same!! We will be going through A LOT of them....
