You have to have a 'theme' but it' a good idea to have some ideas to stick by - specific colors, modern, vintage, classic, your monogram, a specific pattern or motif, etc... It will make the wedding more cohesive.
Example of a FAIL: candy apple red, hot pink, stained glass Morrocan star lanterns, a 'castle' themed venue, ice cream cone shaped dishes, Precious Moments--- where exactly are we going with this?

I cant come up with a theme. I picked a color but can't incorporate into a theme ;(. My wedding is in July and it's a coral and white wedding.
What about a Caribbean theme, south beach style, or miami latin themed those colors remind me of those places
I love the south beach theme and CB is made in that style. Any suggestions what we can implement? I already have the lounge area for my ceremony

BellaRegina: We also got engaged in WDW, and I am also so not a Princess. Which is why we chose beach theme. I do plan on having hidden Mickey's for the Disney fans. :)
I'm SOOOO not a princess lol, i have a tattoo of Jessica Rabbit on my side.....now if i can only have a WFRR themed wedding i would be set LOL.
My FH and I agreed on a Star Wars wedding....might do a combined disney/star wars one. We were at Star Wars weekend this year at disney and it was the best time of my life.

My son would love my wedding to be a WFRR theme. If you're going for the Star Wars theme, I just thought of those Mr. Potato Head Star Wars figures. Staw Wars Have a ball planning! A lot more fun than a beach theme.

I'm not sure where I'm going anymore!! I think I'm still set on my colors (raspberry/watermelon, deep purple and green). I may incorporate vineyard stuff but I don't think it will really be a vineyard theme since it's May and not really the vineyard season. Prob just have a lot of wine things. I was sort of going in the direction of spring. It's my fave season and it's right in the middle of it. Although we say summer starts that weekend, it really doesn't start for another month. Then one day I was like, what about a midsummer night's dream theme (well minus the actual fairies). I'd like to go that direction with flowers and candles. And I keep liking these more romantic style dresses....... So yeah, I think I'm getting lost. LOL. I think I'm going to let the dress I pick tell me which way to go.
