My theme is fairy tale romance and I won't be incorporating anything that has to do with disney. It's all about the decor, colors, and my program will have poetry. So you can do a fairy tale theme without the actual fairy tale. I hope this makes sense to you.

but speaking of themes...i finally decided on my colors i think- mocha/taffetta and ivory and deep red?? does that sound weird??

and also i wanted to have my theme 'kissing by candlelight' cause i love candles and want them as my centerpieces so i dont know if the theme goes iwth the colors??

if you can't find something that you really like - then your theme could just be your colors. . .

but if you REALLY want a theme - these are all good ideas.

hmmm for your colors a few things come to mind
like snowflakes ( my theme ) but you said you didnt want to do that for november.

maybe a nautical theme - I was thinking of doing that bc Anthony and I love to go out on the boat and fish etc. but maybe you can connect it to your love of cruises and vacationing!

hmm or instead of snowflakes more of a 'winter wonderland' thing?

hmm or maybe angels? like those little cherubs. . .

i will keep thinking!

Or celestial? Ice castles (maybe too close to cinderella though)? You can even use a pretty quote as your main theme and just tie in all your colors...or possibly a pattern (polka dots/stripes)?

You don't. Some people just go with a color scheme. Some include the monogram too.

Our theme is going to be so disorganized...its going to be us.....nothing inparticular,...just us....

monograms, table themes of tv shows and artists we like...nothing special... a chiba (our dog) table, things like that

u dont have to have a theme but i feel better if it was all coordinated as such

so celestial
& fairytale
& nautical
& traveling are the ones i will focus on...

believe it or not im really creative but it can be borderline corny so..

but thanks!!

Im doing cinderella too... My colors are gold and im doing more elegant then cartoon ish.

I like the Kim Anderson theme but that may be hard for a wedding? HTH

Im not sure if someone mentioned this but what about a Crystal Theme or White Theme. I am looking into that myself
