I need someone for premarital counseling as well as a general psyhcologist/psyhchiatrist. I had melanoma a couple months ago and I think it'll be nice to digress to someone other than my FH...that and I can't sleep and need some ambien CR!!! We're in Bayside, but Nassau is ok too!!

Hey fellow flowerfielder. Sorry to hear what you're going through. Just wanted to let you know that ambien is kinda addictive and causes mild memory problems when used consecutively for about 2 weeks. I'd definitely try all other measures to fall aleep before trying meds. Good Luck to you!

How much did you take? I sometimes take 5mg of regular ambien (not CR) when med school keeps me up at night and I'm fine in the morning.

i took 5...im a light weight!! i was hoping the CR would be a little better...of course my FH thinks i need xanax more than ambien!! I only really need something on the days where I'm going to work a few in a row..missing out in a nights sleep b4 work is brutal!
