They Dont Agree!!
I've heard of brides choosing a color and allowing her bridesmaids to pick any dress in that color.

They Dont Agree!!
I have seen in some magazine that all the girls where the same color and the same skirt, but wear different tops. It looks really nice.

They Dont Agree!!
For my wedding, I picked a color (black for the adults and burgundy for the kids) and I am letting everyone pick out their own dress. That is as long as I approve the dress first.

They Dont Agree!!
I have seven bridesmaids and my Fi's sister is on the very heavy side so that was a huge concern for me. The other six girls have cute figures- so I was so confused. After looking at lots of dresses- I realized that most likely she would not look that great or feel completely comfortable in anything (I am not being mean- it's true) I than picked a dress that I liked- it is black, A-line, to the floor but the kicker is that it is strapless. I just fell in love with it- (my dress is the same style) I did ask her opinion and I showed her a picture and she said she liked it. You really should keep your bridesmaids in mind but again ultimaely it is your decision!!!

They Dont Agree!! Been There - Here is what I did
I had one that absolutely needed sleeves, one that wanted a higher neckline, one that didnt want a full skirt..... I told them the color was navy and the fabric was satin and to pick out what they wanted. We ended up with only two styles, my MOH in a strapless Jim Helm and the rest (3)in a A line, jacketed style by Belsioe. Everyone is happy and comfortable.

You could have them choice their dresses but you pick the color..or A-line is usually a good way to go, usually flattering on most people. Strapless is also very flattering on most figures, believe it ot not.Welcome New Vendors
