The town clerk's office in Hempstead called to tell me that they have not received my marriage license from my church. I called the Church and they said they mailed it and looked and the don't know where it is. I was married March 30 and need it by May so I can change my health insurance or I have to wait until the end of the year. The lady at the town clerk's office said if they don't find it, my husband and I, my MOH, best man and the priest will have to go to the town clerk's office and sign new paperwork in front of them... This stinks!

Seems to be a theme with Hempstead today. They mixed up my parents names on my license, I just posted about it.
