They say it happens in threes...

In the space of a few short hours, I got three very sad phone calls.

First, I found out a co-worker of mine had a heart attack while riding a school bus (she was a bus matron for children who attend a BOCES program after school) and passed away.

Then, I got the sad news that a very close friend's dad passed away. He had had prostate, brain, and lung cancer, and while his death was expected, it is still devastating.

Finally, one of my closest friends called to tell me that her dog, who I LOVE, was hit by a car and killed in front of her house. The driver of the car didn't even stop. How could ANYONE be so heartless??

I can't stop crying...

Thanks for listening... I just needed to get things off my chest.

I am so sorry!

I am on my way to a wake right after work. Someone we know died this weekend with a long battle with a brain tumor!
