They say opposites attract...

So what is the biggest difference between you and your FH/DH?

Our temper, I have a bad one and he doesn't... other than that, we're pretty much the same...

I like to spend money and he's a saver
Hmmm... we have totally different tastes in movies and tv shows! WHOA, now you have me thinking! lol!

I forgot to post my own...

The biggest difference is the way we approach problems. He is a thinker. He will evaluate the situation, weigh all his options, come up with the best solution and then act.

I like to move/act quickly. It makes for a very interestring situation.

We are def opposites:

1. He is so athletic- I am a spaz
2. I am hyper and quick he is laid back and slow
3. I am emotional, he is NOT

I'm a lot more social than he is. I'll talk to anyone anytime. He's quieter and is really only comfortable talking to people he knows. He doesn't like 'mingling'

I'm also a lot more open to things. I used to be more of a party person he's a bit more conservative, but he's loosened up some since we met.

He's definately a thinker, I'm a bit more spontaneous...bad for the wallet, but he keeps me in check

I am a talker... I talk nonstop about my feelings, the future, etc.. and it's like pulling teeth to get my FH to tell me how he feels about something! Plus he is SUPER athletic (just finished the Montauk triathlon last weekend! Go Brian!) and I tend to be a couch potato!! But other than that we have everything in common!

I'm better with money

I have more patience and tolerance (which says something since i don't have much patience)

He's more diplomatic. He uses his brain with conflicts, i act on emotion.

I'm VERY shy, he's outgoing. (which is a good difference cuz he helps me try and be more outgoing)

But for the most part we are the same person! we can read each others mind

he is the thinker and planner on certain things. He looks at the situation and all its sides and comes up with Plan A, Plan B and Plan C on how to resolve the situation. I just say oh F-it, i will solve it my own way.

For packing I have about 3 lists and will check off every item 5 times to ensure its been packed. He'll pack the morning of and if he forgets something oh well he'll buy it if he needs it.

I love to sleep. I could sleep an entire day away. He likes to be up and play on the computer, go to the stores, do errands.

He has ADD (At least in my opinion) and I am totally focused. He is naive and trusting where I am not.

I lose my patience...he has endless amounts in reserve.

I like to buy things when I shop...he likes to research them first.

He likes action movies, I like drama & comedies (I do not like 'chick flicks').

I like to play...he likes to work.

Wow, we are very opposite in many ways:
I have that plan ahead attitude, he has that cross the bridge when we come to it attitude.
I am always up for a heated discussion with my loud voice, he thinks I'm mad when I'm just talking loud!
He loves movies, I can't sit still for them
He doesn't understand the concept of saving, I need to make sure there is leftover money to go in the savings account.
I say what's on my mind, he keeps it in.

He's rational, I'm usually irrational.

He communicates, I don't.

He sees the big picture, I often become too focused.

He doesn't mind attention, I'd rather hide in the corner.

He's aggresive/assertive, I'm extremely passive.

He doesn't care what others think, I'm too concerned about others' opinions.

He likes TV, I like my music.

He'll eat anything, I'm too darn picky.

He's smart, I'm learning from him.

I'm messy, he's neat. no, he's anal! He washes and drys the sink after he uses it, and I caught him cleaning the soap dish yesterday because it had a little soap goo on it.

Makes my life easier.
