SO I went to things remembered in lake grove today to buy a bracelet for my flower girl.first I had to say exuse me for the guy to even help me. Then I asked him what happens if it doesnt fit what can I do. He tells me I dont know were not a jewelry store. I bit my tougue and said well can I bring it somewhere like a fleamarket or something if it doesnt fit. He goes again were not a jewelry store we just engrave thats it. So now im pissed and im like um I KNOW YOUR NOT A JEWELRY STORE but is there someone here who may know b/c idont want to buy it if nothing can be done. Hes like nope noone thats here now knows, and didnt even ask anyone. Hes like well maybe you can have someone measure her wrist to see what size she is/ Im like what is this guy for real. I said never mind and they lost a sale b/c this guy was soo rude. Im soooo mad I jsut wrote them an email to letting them no about my experiance

Why don't you call up the store and tell the manager about your experience? I would...they should be accomodating, not rude, especially in this economy where people are buying less than usual. I just rec'd an email today about many popular store closings in the US...the Gap, Cache, Ann Taylor (but not Loft or VS or Bath and Bodyworks thank goodness...!!!) and many others...existing stores should go out of their way to help their prospective customers!

I worked retail for many years and am amazed that people behave that way!!! You are the reason that man has a job. Unbelievable

thanks guys you know I was just in shock I think... Im 25 and have worked in customer service since I was 14 and would never act that way. Usually I have a lot of pacience for this stuff but this guy was just rude and didnt care. I wrote things remembered a long email and told them which store it was and everything. So I will you keep you guys updated and tell you what they say
