I need help I cant walk very well on my left leg...any suggestions? I have to go to work tommorrow i put ben gay on and a heating pad-what else can I do?

NEVER do heat unless the doc says so. 20 minutes of ice on then 20 off. Take advil also. Take it from me I have alot of things wrong with me, after I hit 30 but, I have probs and that works. But dont do heat , that'll hurt it more!!!

Really? OK I wont put the heating pad on again. I dont even know how it happened. BUt it was an excuse not to cook or clean. I made carl do everything

Try to stay off the foot for the rest of the night... at least FH will cater to you now
