Think we are not going to meet our Gurantee :(

Our RSVP date is on Wed. It looks like we will be short.
What happens? You think my venue will include my vendors in my #?

If you don't meet your minimum invite some LIW women as seat fillers or just pay for the minimum and have less people, no big deal!

This!! You'll have to pay for the minimum anyway so might as well ask more people to come instead of paying for the dinners of people who aren't there!
