Thinking about Flowers

Thinking about Flowers

I'm still undecided about which color I'm going with for the BM dresses. Its either going to be Hunter Green or a Ruby Red (since its Christmas time). My number one choice would be the Green. I think the red is so common and I love the color green. The thing keeping me undecided is what would I do about the flowers. What color Bouquets and CPs would I be able to do. I think for BMs I would do all white Bouquets, but i dont know what color I would carry. I saw a really pretty CP at TWOTY, but it was all red roses. Do you think it would look weird if the dresses were green, but the CPs were red, since i'm doing a little christmas theme?? I know I just threw a lot of ideas at you, but TIA for any help!

P.S.. so excited to be done with school so I can come on here more!

are you planning on just doing red and green or are you gonna add another color to the color scheme, maybe ivory or something like that...you can get cream colored flowers, white flowers to give contrast to the green dress

What about white or cream bo-k with a touch of a green flower.

Hmm... maybe I should skip the whole red then, and just do green and ivory. Would it look odd for me to have a ivory/green bouquet since the dress is white? What green flowers are there?

I don't think people would notice the fact that your 8 bridesmaids are in hunter green while your 15 CPs are red.

If you love them, go for them. I have never in my life (before this website) heard of coordinating the BMs to the CPs.

You can go with creams, light pinks, sage greens as far as bouquets go...

you can do white flowers and have some greens in there, and do the wrap for the bok green

also i think you can still do your cp's red

cymbidium orchids and hydrangea are the most popular.

don't skip the red.... ETA: the right florist can make it look classy and not cheesy...

use tonal reds, not like lamborghini red, use shades of pink and rose and red...

Thanks for the suggestions... I'm going to look at a florist next week to get ideas, but it was frustrating not knowing what i actually planned on doing. I'll see what the florist thinks. I like the red, but maybe the red, green, and ivory will be too much

Wow! Okay... I think if I use red, i'm going to go with your idea and use tonal reds. Because from looking of the green flowers you guys mentioned they are a lighter green, so i think a lighter red would look better than a dark red like the typical rose.

With either a green or red BMdress or any dress, I think just a simple white calla lillies bok would go very nicely. Are they in season all year round?

Ohhhh I would do white for the BM, if they have a red dress on or green I wouldnt add more color to their bok, maybe tha would be tooo much. But for you maybe an all red bok will be nice against an all white or ivory dress

I loveeeeeeee this one

Would you do red bok for me if they wear green Or do something with white and green?
