We thought it would prob be best to stay by the airport the night of our HM since we have an 8am flight the next day... went on priceline, chose the highest star hotel for the jfk area (3 stars), put in a price of $50, which i doubt would have got accepted, but it did! Just a heads up for any of you girls who are thinking about doing the same... The hotel is normally $169 for the same night (courtyard marriott)

I am a little weary of this..I typed in $20 and it accepted it for a '3 star hotel'.. but it doesnt tell you the name of the hotel... you have to pay for it first.. so now I dont know It seems to be taking any price I put in

well, im staying there on a sunday night so not sure if you got rejected bc the day you want is more in demand... see what a night is normally going for at the hotel and it'll give you a better idea of what to bid.... mine was about $100 cheaper using priceline

i think i read that the shuttle runs every 1/2 hour but it drops you off at the air train so you still have to take that unfortunately
