thinking ahead

I know ive seen a post before where all the tips were outlined of who should get what.

i am trying to find it to figure out budgetting with tips.

can anyone point me in the right direction?

if gratuity is already added to the contract is that covered for bar tender and valet? or do we still have to pay them?
