What do you girls use as 'thinspiration' for working out and eating healthy... the wedding is motivation enough sometimes, but i was wondering what else you guys use to get you going :)

Re: Thinspiration - Also on the 2011 Board
I lost 20 pounds on WW and have been maintaining ever since October, 2008.
I look at old pictures of myself every once in awhile to give myself an extra kick in the butt if I feel my motivation waning.
If I find that I'm eating the same things over and over, I try out new recipes.
I've become very conscious about how I feel, and how clothes feel on me. For example...today I had to walk up 12 flights of steps to my office due to an elevator issue that left me on the 10th floor. I made it up there quickly and wasn't out of breath. The first thing I thought to myself was how it would've been a lot more difficult with an extra 20 pounds on my body. And when it comes to clothes, sometimes I find that the number on the size is more motivation than the number on the scale. The scale fluctuates for me due to two things: salt intake (I need to take in a bit more salt than most people; doctor's orders...just regular table salt, not like pre-packaged frozen stuff or anything) and strength training. So I look at what size I'm wearing to keep me motivated.

The second my clothes begin to feel a little tight lol thats when I know its time to kick my game up at the gym. I also like to remember Kate Moss' quote 'nothing tastes as good as skinny feels' which is very true bc when your happy with your weight you feel fanfckngtastic
