I swallow because by the time I get around to rolling over and spitting it out, not only could I have swallowed it way faster, but I would probably choke on it in the meantime. I can't imagine getting the hiemlich for getting jizz caught in my throat and spitting a white goo ball across the room after FMIL saves my life since, knowing me, that's the way it would happen.
