So as some of you know FH is all about saving money and doing the DIY invites. I'm still not really enjoying this- I'd really rather leave it up to a professional and not be stressing over something else. The invite we 'designed' still looks aweful- damn this scanner I wish you could see this! My other issue is that all the stores carry the same invites because they are all under the Disney name. Every store we went to and every online store all carries the same invite and i'm just not liking any of them. I really don't know what else to do here. I've also checked out ebay and Handikane. Can anyone offer some help or another suggestion?? Thanks.

I got my invites at this website: http://www.pattis.invitations.com/ She has TONS and a lot of them are pretty reasonable. Good luck!

I'm doing an old world astronomy theme but had originally been looking for celestial stuff and found a lot of princess/star/kind of disney looking ones but not disney brand if you want something a bit lower cost, because aren't the disney ones more cause its the name?
I remember you posted about this once before. If you're having problem with the quality of your images on the invite, I can help you. Just tell me what image you want on it and I'll do it for you. You'll have to print it out and do everything else yourself. This is a disney shower invite I did for my SIL since she looooves Tinkerbell. I think the quality looks fine. Send me an FM if you need. If you want to keep them more simple, how about a sketched image? I made these photos into sketches just now quick, I don't know if it was what you wanted.

Yeah- this is one of the store ones not my DIY. I do kinda like this one, but it will cost extra to mail beacuse of it's square shape. FH not that crazy about it.

these are beautiful- thank you. FH is an artist/cartoonist. I thought about asking him to create the invite too.

Those sketches are a good idea for Disney theme wedding.
