This could only happen to a klutz like me.....
We have a BEAUTIFUL toaster from my registry that I got for my bridal shower. It was expensive! (a gift from 3 people!)
I left a bag of Wonder bread sitting on top of the toaster the other day while broiling a veggie burger. While it was cooking, I realized I should take the bag off the toaster since it gets really hot.
Well, when I lifted up the bag, all the bread slipped out the bottom. It seems the plastic from the bag melted onto the toaster. Today, we tried scrubbing around where the plastic had melted. It seems the plastic came off but the Wonder bread label is melted on the toaster.
So, you look at my big beautiful expensive toaster, and you see 'WONDER BREAD' written in red and yellow smack on the top of the toaster oven.
DH is being a good sport about it. He says the worst part of it all, is people know twe eat Wonder bread![]()
and that it looks like we have a Wonder brand toaster oven ![]()
