For some reason, I have always felt it was going to rain on my wedding day. Since my FH and I got engaged I told him it didn't matter what day we would pick because it would rain. It was not me being pessimistic just my GUT telling me so! So i just found an 11 days forecast. Guess what: RAIN! Let's hope it changes. weather

I wouldn't worry.
I have been looking for the past 10 days at the August 4th weather and everyday is a totally different forecast.
The forecast isn't always right (even up to the day before)... they predicted rain and thunderstorms for my wedding day and it ended up being a beautiful sunny day! So you can't go by that. You'll see it change 10 times before your day.
But even if it really does rain, don't worry! You'll barely notice! You will be so excited and have so many other things on your mind that it won't even matter at all. It's going to be a fabulous day even if there's a monsoon (which there won't be!)

Yea dont worry the weathermen cant even tell u whats going on the next day lol.... im sure it will be fine and even if it rains its good luck !!!

Well, date twin, it'll be a battle of our 6th senses b/c I've always had a strong feeling the weather will be beautiful. If it rains on my wedding day, it'll be the first rainy day wedding in the family!
Not stop looking at the forecast. The forecast is just a guess - yes, a GUESS - until 2-3 days out, and even then they're not always right.
So sit tight for another week and don't worry about it. There's enough to worry about - don't waste time on the stuff you can't control!

Do NOT stress out over this, believe me!! I checked the weather 5 times a day for 2 weeks before the wedding.....and it went back and forth between rain/cloud/sunny..... Even the day OF my wedding it said afternoon showers, and you know what? It never rained and I got my pics and ceremony outdoors and it was perfect!!
You can't depend on that, what happens happens, and you'll have a fantastic day rain or shine. The morning of, I didn't care anymore that it may rain, all that mattered was that i was getting married.

dont worry!!! all of last week, they said thunderstorms for satuday (I tracked it b/c my dad had his annual bbq that day) and not one DROP!

Ignore it until the day before...and even then dont worry.
The weather was supposed to be thunderstorms and torrential downpours on my day until the day before...then it was over cast with a chance of rain. It was actually hot, muggy, sunny and gross all day! So try not to think about it

that just ruined my day- cause it also says rain for august 12-
but they cannot predict that far in advance- so i am not stressing yet!!!!
Try not to stress over the weather!! It's the one thing you cannot control and no matter what the weather is, it will still be a beautiful day for you and Chris.
I'll still pray for nice weather though

P.s. I just compared accuweather with weatherchannel.com and their predicted forecasts for the next ten days do not even match up!!!!

If there is one thing we can not control ladies it is the weather. I have resigned myself to rain and frigidness. If it is warm and sunny it would be a bonus in my opinion. Either way it is going to be the best day of my life and yours, your wedding day, so the weather is inconseqential!

ignore it! the weather always changes. trust me, my bbq e-party was saturday and i was stressing all week because it thunderstorms, even up til saturday morning it said that but not one drop fell the whole day!

It's a long way off. Don't worry about it yet, you're just going to stress yourself out unnecessarily. And there's enough other things to stress you out before your wedding, don't add to it!
I spent the week before my wedding getting TOTALLY stressed out about rain, because I really, really wanted my ceremony and cocktail hour to be outside. As it turned out, the early morning had perfect photography weather, bright but cloudy, and for our ceremony, the sun actually came out. That was pretty amazing. Some of my guests even got sunburned! (I decided against having sunscreen available for the guests a day or two before, as it was supposed to be cloudy and rainy.) It did rain later on that day, but I didn't care.

You sound just like me right before my wedding. When I was able to see a 15 day weather report it said rain for our wedding and I was so sad because I wanted to get married outside and I started stressing BIG TIME! When the day came it was hot and party cloudy. I take that any day over rain. Don't worry and don't stress, the weather will be great for you. (And look on the plus side- if it does rain, the rain can make for some pretty awesome pictures!)

my bridal shower was on July 28th (Saturday) and it was held in my MOH's backyard....the entire week before my shower I was miserable b/c ALL weather forecasts predicted MAJOR thunderstorms....guess what????????? It didnt even drizzle!
