Tell me about it! I dusted off my WW book today. I have ignored it for two weeks and now its back. Yeah special K and skim milk.

don't feel bad I had apple pie for breakfast! I've been sick for a week now & haven't done any exercise..it's killing me!!

IM NOT GONNA COMPLETELY DEPRIVE MYSELF RIGHT NOW..BUT JANUARY WILL DO ME JUST FINE TO START SHEDDING THAT LAST 10LBS
