picking out bedding!!! everything i like fh doesnt....everything he likes, i dont. when we agree on one its not in stock or backordered!!!! anyone want to show me their bedding? who knew this would be so hard

We had the same problem with bedding and casual china - we didn't like anything! If tehre was something that I sort of liked - FH didn't like it. And the same thing if he kinda likes something.
We ended up registering fo bedding from LL Bean Home through Felicite.com (registry site).

sorry, you wouldn't be inspired by ours... it's plain white (but soo soft!)
You know what might inspire you? leaving your registry store, and looking at pottery barn, crate and barrel, and westelm.com
I got my mom a GORGEOUS chocolate duvet from westelm.com last summer... matches her furniture perfectly...

It was my hardest decision too! I HATED registering!!!!!
I eventually found one that we both loved online, It was beautiful and a perfect mix of guys and girl tastes...and then I went to see it in the store...and it was UGLY!!!!
I had a breakdown (seriously lame, i know) but eventually I found one that we both like. It is on Macy's by Ralph Lauren
ps. I agree with the above messages, if this is the biggest problem of the wedding and marriage that is awesome.

I do agree. FH and I could not agree. I was the one who gave in and registered for one I like, but do not love.
I told my mom this and she is going to take me shopping to get one I love (more reasonably priced then we registered for of course)

I feel your pain. It took us a very long time to decide. we ended up finding ours at Restoration Hardware..and it was on sale too!

We also had a very difficult time deciding! Everything he liked just screamed bachelor. We ended getting a really nice set from BBB. It has some pink and neutral colors in it- not too overly girly though.

lol me and my fh are the same way about everything. I am so happy our registry is done. everything I loved, he hated. in the end somehow I got my way in everything. I think he just gave up. we agreed on one kind of plate, and it was discontinued! than he wanted some dirty blue plates. meanwhile I wanted b&w kate spade. my family said go for b&w so I won that arguement. the bedding he leaves up to me thank god. though he does love to make fun of my purple sheets all the time. especially the ones I have for christmas with snowflakes on them!

I would just register for extra gift cards so that you can get the bedding when it comes in. I know at BBB you can request an email when something not in stock comes in. HTH
OMG I had the HARDEST time picking bedding out!! It's so annoying hahaha... nothing was catching my eye so I settled on something in bloomingdales that was OK
Then one day I passed by RESTORATION HARDWARE and I LOVES everything they had!!!! I immediately changed the bloomies on for this, and I'm in lovvvvvvvvvvvve with my bedding now!! They're in roosevelt field and online.... here is the bedding we got, we got it in the color 'silver sage'... it's SO soft and luxurious!!
